Rev. Angelika A. Zollfrank, MDiv, BCC
Rev. Angelika A. Zollfrank is the Director of Clinical Pastoral Education and serves as chaplain on the medical psychiatric unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. She serves on the Optimum Care Committee. She has been in ministry for almost ten years. Her professional training spans areas of theology, personality theory, group theory, and adult education. She is regularly involved as chaplain in clinical cases that have come before the Optimum Care Committee. She was motivated to enroll in the Medical Ethics Fellowship to develop a working knowledge of medical ethics and ethical theory. She is interested in integrating a curriculum of medical ethics into Clinical Pastoral Education programs and hopes to develop an ethics module for CPE programs across the country. Additionally, she is interested in the impact of group dynamics on medical ethics decision-making and consultation. She co-authored articles in the area of spirituality and medicine.
